• Newsletter: email address, subscription status and dates, language preference, consent records, and delivery events such as delivery, bounce, complaint, open, or link-click events when tracking is enabled.
• Contact and administration: information you voluntarily submit and the records needed to respond or operate the site.
• Technical activity: limited request, error, security, and usage information produced by the hosting platform and site analytics.

How Google information is used

Google information is used only to authenticate you, create or update your reader account, maintain your signed-in session, display your account name, and enforce access to member-only content. The site does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google services.

Why information is processed

Information is processed to provide requested site functions, protect accounts and the service, send messages you have requested, maintain subscription and suppression preferences, understand site operation, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

Personal information is not sold. It may be processed by Google for authentication, OpenAI ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and database infrastructure, and Resend for newsletter delivery and delivery-event reporting. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention and security

Account information is retained while the account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Login sessions normally expire after 30 days. Newsletter records are retained until deletion is appropriate; unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint suppression records may be kept to prevent unwanted future mail. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may sign out at any time, unsubscribe through the link in an email, or request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of information by emailing ercanergur@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, suppression, or legal reasons.

International processing and children

The service providers used by this site may process information in countries other than your own. This site is not directed to children under 13 or below the applicable age of digital consent.
